Barbara graduated cum laude from Harvard and earned her law degree at UC Davis King Hall School of Law. She is a member of the San Mateo County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, American Trial Lawyers Association, Trial Lawyers for Public Justice, and California Women Lawyers.
