Kylie Reich practices employment law, focusing her collaborative practice, litigation and advocacy skills on employment class actions, Private Attorney General Act claims, discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination lawsuits. She also counsels clients on compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws, wage and hour laws, and regulations.

Kylie previously practiced Family Law for 10 years following her admission to the California Bar, specializing in all aspects of family law litigation, including divorce, child custody and visitation, property division, support, and prenuptial and marital settlement agreements. She was recognized by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in 2023-2025.

Kylie earned her BA in Political Science and Education at UC Davis and her JD from Santa Clara University School of Law.

In her spare time, Kylie enjoys spending time outside hiking or running, attending live shows and reading as many books as she can.
